1.The walking system of our product features a steel crawler with external rubber plates and wire-controlled walking, with the added flexibility of 2-speed adjustable options.

2.The power head rotates with electric proportional stepless speed regulation, the drilling system offers thrust-pullback speed adjustable in three speeds: high, medium, and low.

Main Performance Characteristic

1.       The rotary system adopts German Linde liquid controlled closed system pump, which is efficient, stable and reliable. Thrust & pullback adopts Sunny        automatic variable system and load sensitive control. The Poclain motor is used for rotation and the high-pressure plunger motor is used for push-pull. The working efficiency of the traditional hydraulic system is increased by more than 20%, and the heating capacity of the system is reduced, which can save 20% energy.

2.       The thrust & pullback and rotating joystick adopts hydraulic control mode, which reduces the operation fault. The system is more stable and responsive.

3.       Equipped with Cummins turbocharged engine with strong power, stable performance and lower fuel consumption than other engines;

4.       Maximum thrust & pullback force on carriage can be reinforced up to 910 kN, which provides the support for large construction.

5.       The four-link amplitude modulation beam structure is adopted to greatly improve the range of incident angle, and to ensure that the track of drilling rig does not leave the ground when the angle is large, and to improve the safety performance.

6.       Proportional line control walking system that ensures the safety of rig and personnel in process of walking, loading and uploading.

7.       The loading and offloading drill pipe adopts the turning angle adjustable mechanical arm mechanism, the loading and offloading drill pipe is convenient and quick, which greatly reduces the construction personnel labor intensity and enhances the work efficiency.

8.       Applicable for φ102×4500 mm drill pipe, the machine fits moderate field area and is easy for jobsite transfer.

9.       The main components are international first-class hydraulic components, which greatly improve the quality, performance and reliability of the products.
